7-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our Avika Premium Natural Jaggery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, unsealed, or compromised in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the package. We will process a full refund or send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind / Quality Concerns: Due to the nature of food products, items returned for reasons other than damage must be unused, in their original packaging, and with the tamper-proof seal intact.
  • Return Shipping: For defective/damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
